About

Day School runs Monday–Friday at Canine Corner in South End and focuses on command work, impulse control, leash training, and socialization. This collaborative program helps you make the most of your work week by giving your pup hands-on training and introducing new skills. We’ll provide clear instructions so you can reinforce these skills at home, allowing progress to build with each visit.

Requirements/Eligibility

Puppies are required to be fully vaccinated to start Day School.
- Unlike the Board & Train Program which requires only the first two rounds of vaccines, Day School Requires students to be fully vaccinated since we do not have control or full knowledge of where they go between sessions.
Students must be crate trained to attend Day School
- Students will have short breaks throughout the school day to ensure they receive adequate rest and to avoid over stimulation or overexertion.
- If your puppy is not comfortable in a crate or kennel, we recommend one of our Board & Train Programs
Potty Training Strongly Recommended
- We encourage families to wait until their dog is fully potty trained before enrolling in Day School or any daycare program. The change in routine and extended time in a new environment can sometimes cause setbacks in potty training.
- If your puppy is not yet potty trained and you are looking for training support, we recommend our Foundations or Specialty Board & Train Program depending on your dog's age.
